Broody hen won't leave nest for food or water.

I have a broody barred rock bantam. She's been setting for 3 days now. She refuses to leave her eggs even for food or water. Is this normal? Should I do something? What should I do if anything?

Sounds like a good broody to me. Keep food and water avaliable so she doesn't have to go far to eat and drink. When mine went broody and we could finally keep the neighbors dogs away from her she hatched 7 babies on her own.
She will eat and drink, just not so you can see her most of the time.
