Broody Hen yellow sore under belly

Hello, I have a hen who’s been broody for the past several weeks. I make sure to take her out of the laying boxes several times a day but she always goes back in after a while. Today when I picked her up I noticed a crusty spot under her belly where her feathers are gone. I took her inside to wash her off thinking it was dried egg yolk, but then I realized it is some sort of sore. I am not sure if it is a cut that has sort of healed itself and this is dried puss, or if it is some sort of bed sore or what. Please share your thoughts and insight, or if you have seen this before, and any ideas for what I should do! Really want to make sure this doesn’t become more of an issue.

Looks like it's probably a breast blister. You can clean it with betadine.

Is she sitting on fertile eggs? If not, then it would be good to break her broodiness.

Hello again, I cleaned the sore and have been putting neosporin on it daily. But yesterday and today she is just starting to act a bit like she doesn’t feel good, stranding around fluffed up when nothings going on. I’m not sure if this is because I have her separated out from the coop to break her broody, or if there is something more wrong. Is this behavior normal for chickens with breast blisters? Or does this mean she is sick? I would appreciate all your thoughts. I am considering taking her to the vet but they don’t open until 6 tonight.

Hello again, I cleaned the sore and have been putting neosporin on it daily. But yesterday and today she is just starting to act a bit like she doesn’t feel good, stranding around fluffed up when nothings going on. I’m not sure if this is because I have her separated out from the coop to break her broody, or if there is something more wrong. Is this behavior normal for chickens with breast blisters? What's the temperature where you live? Does she have sufficient shade if it's hot?

Yes she seems to be eating and drinking normally. I put electrolytes and probiotics in the water this morning just in case. Its about 75 F, but she is in the shade. None of the chickens seem overheated.
