Broody Hen

My hen has just started growling at me and she dus not want the other hens near her what does this mean?

thank you very much also when do you think she will set on her eggs? and should I take her away from the other hens and my 2 roosters?

Personally I remove and store eggs for setting. Once I see my broody sitting in the nest for 2 nights, I then return the fertile eggs under her to set. It's good to be 100% sure that she is committed to sitting before you give her eggs. She will sit in the absence of eggs so don't let that concern you.
