My hen has just started growling at me and and wont let me or the other hens near her I was told she is going broody so should I take her away from the other hens and my 2 roosters? and when will she star sitting on the eggs?

Your hen does not HAVE to be separated from the rest. If she has a nest to herself and the roosters are not forcing her off the nest, I personally would let her brood where she is. When is variable if at all. Tomorrow the hen might be back to normal with no growling at all.

Ok but why would she do it today and also yesterday but not tomarrow
There's a good chance she will be, BUT not all hens that "act" broody stay committed to be broody. It could go as fast as it comes. Usually when they are broody and growling, they are already sitting in my experience. Is she not nesting and just walking around growling?
