Broody Hen?

I have 5 chickens and only 2 are laying right now and one is my Barred Rock she is a little over a year now. About a week ago she stopped laying eggs and I was only getting one a day but this morning I checked for eggs an none where there a few hours later I here squawking so I go outside and find her laying an egg I lift her up to collect it and find SIX EGGS!!!!! How is this even possible I’ve never heard of such thing and I’m new to this is she possibly going broody?

Welcome to the forum! Have a wonderful time. It is nice to meet you. Well... If she stays on her eggs all day and all night, but gets up every few hours for water and food- she's most likely broody. Did she defend her eggs or peck you? If you wouldn't mind, may I please see a photo of the hen? Maybe I can tell by a photo a bit better.

Most likely a few hens laid their eggs in the box, then she went and sat on them. How long has this instinct taken over her?

She doesn't look quite broody... But she may be. I would suggest seeing if she stays like this for a day. And if she remains on the eggs tomorrow (or in that spot) she might be broody.

It just started today and she is one of only 2 of my hens that are laying right now so idk how 6 popped out and within 2 hours of me checking I only went back out due to her squawking!

Sounds like you have a mysterious hen!

There probably is a record of how many eggs a hen could lay in a day, but it is almost impossible for a hen or two to lay six eggs in one day. I am assuming either your other hens (if so?) Started to lay... Or they have been there a bit longer.
