I have a buff orpington who is broody and sitting on about 10 eggs. She has sat for about 2 weeks now, but my concern is that she is sitting on eggs in same coop that all my other chickens and 1 rooster sleep. Will this be an issue? Am I able to move her and eggs elsewhere?

You can move them if you have appropriate housing but in my experience, a broody hen is a formidable foe and will protect chicks from all comers. It won't be long before the rest of the birds accept them as members of the flock. Normally, the rooster will be one of the first to become a protector following her lead.

*2 - All my broody hens raised hatched and raised their chicks in the coop (a former shed, so plenty of room) and I all was well.
