Hi so I have two 22 weeks old RIR pullets they both just started laying last week one of them lays every single day with a stop and the other lays every other day, the one who lays every day is Ratoullie and the other one is ratty patty, Today at 8 I went outside and I lifted up ratatouille no problem and took her egg but she still was sitting on an "egg" when she wasn't so I felt bad so I gave her the ceramic one and then I opened the nest box because I heard noises and she hisses at me and puffs up her feathers but then put her feathers down and I started petting her and she allowed me to move the egg, she kind of stays in the egg box for a little while but then she is running outside the rest of the day.

Highly unlikely that a 22 week old RIR is broody already. Some hens just don't like being disturbed while they are on the nest.
Sounds like she doesn't like to be disturbed.. she would stay in the nest box most of the time only leave every once in a while/not even everyday.. RIR are not prone to go broody that said there is a slim chance that they can.
Thank you for your replies it makes sense I have never had a broody hen myself so I didn't know what was wrong but now that I know I wouldn't be opening the box because I hear noises
