Broody Hen?

I have a hen that has started to lay around all the time. Most of the time she lays on the coop floor. She is not on any eggs and she is not any more aggressive or protective. Is it possible that she is broody? She seems healthy otherwise.

seems maybe she isn't feeling well?
maybe it's just spring fever! i know i have it!

all my broodies have set in the nest box and would not move for love, nor money.
