Broody Hen

One of my hens just started showing sings of being broody is there anything you can do? Will it spread? thanks

It isn't a disease but some other hens might take her lead if they're inclined to go broody. If you want to break her you can either just continue to take eggs away from her until she gives up or put her in a separate crate with no nesting material. The air under her tends to help.
