Broody hen

How long does a hen stay broody. Will she die of starvation or dehydration?

You have to be very carful of that, a hen will sit and sit. some will give up sooner than others, some will sit months. You have to make sure they are eating and drinking so they dont make them selfs sick !!!!! You could give her some chicks that would stop her from being broody.
