Broody in Feb!!!??

I think I would be stressed too if my broody got off and couldn't get back on. Right now though, it's a breeze for me. I don't have to be responsible for anything.

(in another 2 weeks, I'm afraid the story will be different.)

I know I was going to let nature do it's think with Belle and her eggs, but after yesterdays fiasco I stepped in. Belle and eggs are in the laundry room in this.

That's still letting nature take it's course. It's just keeping her safer while she's "incapacitated."

I am so eggcited about the chicks! 15 days to go!! lol Damummis i hope the babys are ok!!! its my lil sis bday the day my babies are going to hatch (i hope) so if all goes well i am going to give her a baby chick for her bday! Wouldent that be cool! Good luck to you all!!!!

The EE/wellie came out for a photo op this morning. I was wondering if I should put them in a crate/ box or something so I could give them food and water. I put a little food in the nest box this morning but don't see how I can give them water. I have some chicken wire that I could use to fence off the underside of the nest boxes. Any advice will be appreciated.
