I woke up and found my broody has a swollen, cut, and bleeding ear. Happened overnight, I think it might be a rat. Feaghers everywhere, bunch of neckfeathers missing. What should I do?

I would put neosporin on it and maybe call the vet. Also I would try to make sure the coop is predator proof. I read somewhere that rats can dig under to get to the chickens and burying chicken wire around the coop may prevent it.

It looks a lot better. Its still a little swolen, but its as hard as a rock...???????? What is wrong with it and how do I fix it?

The feed store should have antibiotics that you can add to her water - sounds like a possible infection, and rat bites are nasty. I hope she heals up quickly! Colloidal silver is a natural antimicrobial - you can buy it at health food stores - apply a few drops to the wound every few hours, and add some to her water. It will help her fight off any infection and boost her immune system so she can heal. Good luck!
