I went out to check on everyone and noticed my broody was off her nest. Decided I would check on the eggs while she was off. Without picking any up, I noticed two had pips in them. Is this normal for the momma to leave her eggs during hatch? My other broody never moved from those eggs until they all hatched. Should I grab the pipped eggs and help since the humidity was down from momma moving?

No, leave them as they are. The hen will hopefully not be off the nest too long and they'll be o.k. Just check on them again in a few hours to see how they're doing.

My broody would leave her nest when it was hatching but she would always come back they just need to leave to get some food an then they come back the only problem is that when they leave a diferent hen comes in to lay a egg and they step on the hatching egg and sqash it that happend to two of my eggs

That problem can be resolved by separating the broody from the rest of the flock.
