broody or not broody?

I just noticed today she is also losing alot of her feathers on her underside. Is this from sitting in the nest to much? I dont want any babies so I wont be getting any fertilized eggs for her to hatch. Sounds like I will have to just wait it out.

On her breast, or butt area?

If you dont have room for chickens sell the chicks, good way to get a little pocket money

hens actually pull their own feathers out because direct contact with the skin keeps the eggs warmer.
