Broody or what

ok one of my RIRS seems to be broody because its in the egg laying box all the time and only comes out when i go out there.... And i keep takin the eggs away because im HUNGRY but every time i take them away the hen goes up there looks around and crows like crazy and is uneasy for awhile.. Whats going on?

and i think i have a rooster but it doesnt crow, and doesnt have a big waddle it just has spurs and dosent let me go near it

Probably. Poor chicken. When my friend and I go to collect her chickens' eggs, they get frantic but they eventually calm down.
