Broody quail. Will she stop gathering eggs?

I'm sorry she gave up but hopefully she will try again. Eggs are amazingly resilient. I've just hatched a couple of quail under a broody bantam. I'm in New Zealand and we don't have Coryza which is the main poultry disease you have to worry about quail catching from chickens. The second egg I knew was alive but on Saturday morning I found it behind my hen. It was cool and I feared the worst. I checked it for pips then float tested it (which you can do from day 10 of incubation to check for signs of life) and miraculously it was still very much alive and wriggling. It finally hatched yesterday on Halloween. It will be white so we decided to call it Spook. Our son called our other baby Flower! Let's hope it's a girl! It is a very pretty baby. So hopefully your eggs are just fine. They might just be a little delayed perhaps.

That's great news for spook. Funny our kids named one of our quails Flower, too.
She's been back on her nest since late last night. Probably dead as it was only the 5th day but we will see I guess.
