thanks everyone!

I put momma and baby in a pet taxi going to keep them in the house tonight till I find a better housing for them. They are doing great.

I have not seen baby eat or drink yet though momma still is sitting. with the chick I threw some bread in there for mom she ate it up and called baby but it didnt come. It seems energetic and full of life. Oh Btw the other egg was rotten tossed it this afternoon after candleing it.

I'm a mom now too! Just hatch out my very 1st fluffy butt today!!! I am soooo proud and so is my hen

Congrats! It takes a toll on you with these little babies you hate to see anything go wrong with them. I am happy that 1 hatched from the 7 I had...Which is doing great with mom!! Eating and drinking and seems to be full of life can't wait to watch this little one grow and to see if its a boy or girl!
