Broody question

I have a little d'uccle mix sitting on some eggs ( she has been there for 5 weeks now.....the 1st clutch was no good....so I put more under her ). There were 6 eggs from Dipsy Doodle Doo.....that is until today! They are on day 16 and today when I moved her for a jiffy to get the RIR eggs out from under her ( they always lay in her nest ), there were only 4....I'm assuming she pushed out bad eggs, but there was no trace of them anwhere! Anyone have this experience? I'm planning on moving her out of the big pen by Wednesday so the little ones aren't bothered by the big girls ( and boys if they aren't pies by then! )
