Broody quit; my adventures in incubating the eggs

I am not sure. My GUESS would be 8-11 maybe.:confused:

I candled all of the eggs this morning (I’ll post pics later, or as soon as my phone stops acting up)

And we have ....
1- clear/dud/infertile egg

1- I’m not even sure if it’s even alive anymore ( :idunno :hit)

1- underdeveloped, but still lively egg

And last but not least (drumroll please)....
8 for sure healthy developers!! :wee
 
That sounds perfect to/for me. Look at your good egg air cells...do they look good/right size?
49 may be just fine for you.
They’re fine as of now, I’ll lower to maybe 43% just in case 49% is a little to high. (Last time I incubated I think I had too much humidity and chicks drowned so I don’t want that to happen again)

Good thinking.
I too worry about this whole drowning stuff.
I'd rather avoid it.
