I think 2 pips and 2 babies have hatched!! (Day 19)

One of the 2 that hatched has this (see pics) do I need to leave it or snip it? I’m assuming it’s the yolk (??)

This looks like a lot of blood to me.




I have not had to deal with this yet.
I am not sure what to do I would leave it for now.
(Am I too late?)
