I have a turkey hen that has 16 eggs under her, saw one egg shell already, I’m just wondering if colder weather will delay the hatch by a day or so

It can. My chicken eggs hatched a day late because it was colder out. Is she out on the ground or inside?

It may or may not. It depends on how much time she spends off of the nest.

When the poults start hatching, she will start talking to them when you approach.
