My broody was sitting on her 3rd set of eggs and she finally hatched one! Not sure what my responsibilities are in this because I was the mother hen with the other one. I put the baby waterer and feeder close by. Should I keep the other hens in another coop or should I keep everyone together?

I would separate the broody from the flock. It lets her raise her chicks in peace and keeps the babies safe from potentially hostile birds. Other than giving food and water, you really don't have much else to do. Momma hen takes care of almost all of it!
