My chicken tiny was brebroody a few weeks ago and we have two coops one for winter one for every other season so right now they are in there winter coop and today we went out to play with are chickens and tiny would not come out side the coop and because I want her to go broody I had some golf balls in the nesting box so she eventually went in and sat for a vary long time and got mad if someone or some chicken got close but when we put the other chickens in she got off in a few minutes.we want her to be broody so should we separate her from the other chickens or what can I do to get her to go full broody.

You can't really force broody. It will come when she's ready. But that being said one of mine was a bit of a submissive broody last year. If anyone wanted to lay an egg she would readily give up the nest until the other hen was done.

Thank you and I was wondering I it normal for my chicken that I talked about to not let a hen lay in her nesting box that happened today but it was weird because tiny is at the bottom of the pecking order and she would not let the top hen lay.
