Broody with bad eggs?

i have a broody in a pen all by herself and sitting on 12 eggs we have roosters so I think they are fertile. Went into the pen today and found these? Are these rotten/bad eggs or is she sitting on babies? Or is she knocking out the bad ones

Those look pretty icky, so I'm thinking theyre bad. My just hatched eggs are pretty clean inside, membrane with a hint of pink where the blood vessels were absorbed. Sometimes theres some hatching goo left over in the bottom, but nothing like that.

I wonder if they popped underneath her? I think I would lift her at this point to see what's going on under there...
