My Blk Sexlink doesn't want to leave the nesting box in the mornings. She sits on the eggs laid in the box by the other girls, then will stay there. When I remove the eggs, she follows me to the gate clucking at me, then runs back in. She comes out to the field with the other girls in the afternoon. Is she getting broody?

My understanding is that black sex links don't tend to go broody. How does she act in the nest box? Are her eyes open or closed? how much time is she spending in the box? Is she laying normally?
