My daughter has asked for a brown frizzle hen for her birthday. I'm willing to pay, or trade for one if you have any.

Thanks in advance.

We talking frizzle as in bantam w/feathered legs, or any frizzle? I've got a Frizzled Tolbunt Polish I've been covering over some Easter Eggers, - The outcome will give a 50% chance of frizzling like any other, but the birds will indeed be brown.

I checked with her - she is not looking for a polish. We had those before & though they are cool - they get eaten by EVERYTHING and totally just stand there & wait for it.

She definately doesn't want to feed the animals with her new chicken. Thanks though!

They're Polish crosses

Tiny crest, calmer personality, larger body, blue eggs. I understand though.

do you have any pics? I looked up the polish but I have not seen a frizzle one. What were you thinking on the price for hatching eggs? Say 12 of them?

This is a Frizzled Polish, the dad in fact

However the chicks will have much smaller crests due to out-crossing to a non-crested breed. All I have are chick picks so far, nothing fully feathered yet, as I need to get my camera going again. Their crests are little tufts sticking straight up, their temperaments are very sweet, and they're so far very hardy and good for free ranging. But, so are our purebred Polish.

12 eggs - I'd set it at $30 with shipping included. I've had just a couple people ask and am only selling a couple dozen, but, it's basically shipping + the same prices as shipping.
