Brown Leghorn Confusion!

[Welbies]

We hatched three brown leghorns. From the first week the only difference that we could see was that one had a pronounced stripe on it's head and the other two only had the chipmunk stripes on their back.

As they grew, at about six weeks old, the two without the stripe on it's head grew pronounced combs and waddles.

In addition, now at 9 weeks the one without the comb we've noticed has brown feathers on her chest.

HOWEVER, no one has crowed. Nor really act like roosters. Is there ANY chance they're all hens, but the third one has slower development??

I'm not sure what you have there but this is a brown leghorn pullet...

They do not look like my brown leghorns. The back feathers of the hen looks a little like mine but the roos not even close. Mine look like Gloria's. But looks to me like a hen and 2 roosters.

It's pronounced "Leggern"? I always said it like Leg-Horn.
