Brown membrane ?? Pipped for 2 days

How's it going? :pop
Sorry I'm late there was a problem with another chick. He turns out to just have dried membranes on his head which held him into the egg . I rubbed and dabbed the membrane with warm water til it came off.Hes doing well now buts he's been acting really tired and just laying on the ground and peeping. One of the ones with a white membrane who wasn't coming out turned up dead though. She had a really swollen stomach that seemed to be filled with air and ALOT if poop in her egg.

Bad inter net won't let me upload the photo but he's yellowish grey

Good job.. it may take him a while to get his feet under him. They tend to sleep a lot the first 24 hours. It may take him a little longer because he had a bit of a difficult hatch. Be sure you're putting vitamins in the water and dip his beak, if you havent already.
Have you raised chicks before? Just asking so i dont state things you already know..lol
Im sorry about the second one. Sometimes it just happens. Do you have more eggs hatching? If not you may want to consider getting another chick around the same age as the one you have. He'll need a buddy.:)

This is my first time hatching chicks so I don't know a lot and have been really worried about them this whole time .does he have to have water in the incubator with him or can he wait til he's fluffy and go into the brooder, because either thought the yolk gave them everything for 3 days.Hes not alone he has a still gooey chick who hatched just befor him in the incubator and 8 other siblings who are waiting for him in the brooder.
