Brown Novagen or Something else?

Hi!
My wife and I raised our first batch of four chicks earlier this year, and the hens are now almost 7 months old. We initially thought one of our chickens was a buff Orpington because that’s what it said at the farm store, but after a few months we concluded that she was too dark for being a buff.
My mother has a brown novagen, and the only difference we can tell between our girl and her girl is that ours does not have as light of tips at the end of her wings and tail feathers. She actually has black tips at the end of her tail feathers.

We think she may be a sex link of some kind because she has been our most consistent daily layer so far out of our three hens.

I’ve included some pictures of her when she was younger as well.

Please let me know what you think!
Thanks

I'm not an expert but I think she might be an orpjngton cross or a sex link (as you said). She does have the build of an orpington with the big fluffy body and white legs. Love the photos!
