Brown Spotted Comb

I've seen a lot of threads on pale combs and black spotted pox combs, but nothing on brown spotted combs. Anyone know what is wrong with my birds? Several of them seem to have this although I haven't detected any problem with it.

I'm having the same issue with my 4 hens. Hoping to figure out the cause!

All I can assume at this point is it is just the chickens pecking one another. I did a lot of research a while back and couldn't find anything similar. Doesn't really match pecking either, but they seem fine.
