Texas jumped forward a bit, startled by the mares approach. He turned around to look at her

Akima raised her head, staring at the other mare "Um, hello" She said and took a step towards Texas.

Cara dipped her head and smiled at the two "I didn't mean to startle you."
 
Cara smiled "I'm Cara, who are you two?"

Akima glanced to Texas then looked back to Cara "I'm Akima"
 
Cara walked closer to them, looking him over then looking to Akima "I have been searching for a herd to join up with."
 
Cara stopped and tilted her head, looking from him to Akima and back "You are not a herd?" She questioned
