brush turkey

This bird is wild not far from me... a place called Noosa, it's right on the beach and is quite built up, there is a large population of srubbies there none the less. Apparently white chicks have been seen in that area too.
Not surprised to see a wild brush turkey white, from my observations of them humans populating their natural habitat quite effectively prevents the offspring spreading out of the parental territories, and recessive genetics rise to the fore quite rapidly. In one property I lived on, it was both cardiovascular and neurological issues, you frighten them and they go into convulsions.
