BSL Cockrel or BPR Cockrel?

Cecilia top center with pullets same age (3.5 months).

Cecilia at feeder next to Harley who is a deffinately a BPR pullet.

We purchase 3 day old BPR chicks from TSC in April. We bought 6, but when we got home there was a seventh in box. The seventh was a tad bit larger, but not by much.
Fast forward three months and I'm not convinced they didn't toss in a BSL.
There was a little greying on legs and all along (s)he has appeared almost identical to the pullets.
The last week though we're seeing fading greying, larger comb, larger wattles, and a different walk.

I'm seriously thinking Cockrel as well, simply because our Rooster hates it with a passion. The Roo tolerates the other BPRs, but singles this one out.
Maybe it's a BSL?
So confused...I know time will tell, but I'm starting to dream about this bird! Lol

I don't see any saddle feathers, but the barring on the hackles look male to me. It also looks to be double barred, so I'm going to say cockerel too.

A Black Sex Link cockerel would have leakage.

I didn't know they could have double bars. That's cool.
How can you tell between single and double bars?

I think of double barred as 2:1 white to black and single barred as 1:1 white to black. It's not 100% so you can have lighter colored pullets and darker colored cockerels especially if the barring is messy. You could just have a pullet that's maturing faster. It looks double barred to me in the last photo, but it could just be the lighting.

"Cecilia" mounted our RIRroo, Phillip this evening...
Is that cockeral action, or would a pullet try that as well?
Phillip threw C off and started chasing Reese, Phillip's favorite pullet.
Phillip is usually mean to "Cecilia" and bullies her/him a lot.
Oh my gosh, this bird is a riot!!!
