BSL or Maran?? HELP!

I ordered 5 BSL's from a hatchery. They are now 5 weeks old and I'm noticing a problem. I have one pullet that looks like a BSL, copper color apparent on parts of her head and chest. (Picture #1)

The other 4 are black feathered, a white tipped feather on each wing, black and white face....zero coppery brown color like my other. My sister has 5 Black Majesty Marans and my 4 black pullets looks identical...minus the feathered legs.

Can anyone help me identify these pullets??

First time momma, I'd like to start selling some, but feel like I need to know WHAT they are do honestly do so.

So dark with pinkish foot bottoms, not yellow at all....?
