BSL phenotypes

Ive read a bunch of posts on welbars, BSL, and phenotypes all over the place. I'm not unfamiliar with punnett squares but struggling to figure out my (NON welbar) hybrid possibilities for phenotypes (I only hatched 2 eggs and want to know what other phenotypic characteristics could have popped up if I hatched more eggs.

I crossed: Welsummer Roo X BR hen. I only incubated one egg and it was a cockerel. This should be a BSL Roo, correct?

Instead of crossing the BSL Roo with a Welsummer to begin the process to get pure welbars(I may be entirely wrong there), I crossed the BSL roo with a different younger BR hen and hatched 2 eggs. One is all black with black beak and legs. The other is barred with yellow feet and legs. Are these 2 chicks still sex linked (I think so?) And a deeper question for genetics nerds, what phenotypes would this hybrid (not a breed) create? Also, am I correct in assuming the barred chick is a cockerel(mother passed barring genes to sons) and the black chick is a pullet?

The welsummer Xs BR cockerel offspring is a sex link. Males from that cross would be barred. Females would not have barring.

You black chick is a female. Has to be because the BR mother would have to pass barring to any male offspring.
The barred chick could be male or female. The father has a barring gene and may have passed it to a daughter. So either sex could be barred.

Thanks!
So all black is certainly a pullet, and barring can be seen in both cockerel and pullet offspring so I'll have to wait and see.

New question. Will the white spot on head and barring be more or less pronounced similar to pure bred BR for those chicks that are barred? Have I crossed out the sexing traits associated with pure BR by crossing with welsummer roo from beginning?

Another question. Could this cross come up with some brown barred chicks with the smaller amount of Welsummer in the Roo? Could I see more iridescent greens, purples and blues in the black from the welsummer? The roo is being digested by coyotes, but he was pretty with barring AND different colors of iridescence and some orange streaking. I'll be tying fishing flies with the hackle I was able to salvage

What cross? If the rooster is dead what cross are you talking about?

Sorry that was confusing. The roo that was Welsummer X BR. The chicks are his. He is hybrid/BSL roo and gone. I'm curious about the new cross between welsummer/ BR Roo and BR hen and their baby chicks what could outcomes be hypothetically because I only hatched 2 of 3

They will be mostly black, though they could have some red or silver leakage. You likely will not get the brown of the welsummer unless you cross back to one.
