BSL Pullets or Barred Rocks?

I got 6 of these supposedly BSL pullets from Tractor Supply but as I was doing more research on the breed when I got home it said that only the males would have a white soot on their head and barring on their wings. Well all of mine have some sort of white on their heads and barring on the wings. Was it more than likely a sex mixup or a breed mixup?

They are either barred rocks or black sex link males. Can't be black sex link females with the head spots and barring.

I can't say which is more likely. There is also a chance that it is both-- they might be a different breed AND be males or straight run.
