Bubble possibly bursa on shoulder?!

So I was bathing my hen today when I realized she has a HUGE liquid filled bubble on her neck.
WTH is this? should I be concerned?? It is on the right side of her neck just above her wing.

I just called around and NO vet in my area treats chickens..

I myself, would pop it and let it drain. It don't look serious to me .. Good luck!!
