bubbles at the foot and kind of white lesion on the knee

The toes look perfectly normal. The leg joint looks a bit different, but not like something I would worry about.

Could be the beginning of an inflammation of the joint. If she is a pet and starts limping I would bring her to a vet. My hen gets an antibiotic cream for her inflammation.
