Ive recently got some duck eggs that have floating bubbles. i received them by shipping so i guess they have had some disturbance getting to me. I just wondered if its still worth incubating them ik they could possibly drown if they are fertile and grow later on just possibly want to know if its okey to have them on their side i have a brinsea incubator but they can only be laid on their side any help or advice would be really appreciated gutted ive got eggs that possibly wont go well, i did go ahead and place them in the incubator the other day. but dont known if its better to discard them

I know what you mean with having to have them on their side in a Brinsea as I had to do the same thing when I incubated some duck eggs.

Had you let those rest small side down for around 24 hours prior to putting them in the incubator? That helps the air cell to return to where it belongs.

I would still incubate them and check around Day 7 to see if you see development. If no development, then I'd remove them at that time. I will tell you if one happens to go bad, by week two, they really stink. I learned to do the "sniff test" on duck eggs.
