Bubbles in One eye, fellow flock members have Fowl Pox

Many times just one eye is involved in a respiratory infection. Head shaking can be another symptom. If the swelling in the eye is due to infection, I would probably treat her with Some Tylan Soluble Powder, Erythromin (Gallimycin), or oxytetracycline in the water. Tylan50 injectable can also be used as a shot. Read this link about diseases, and look at mycoplasma gallisepticum, infectious bronchitis, and coryza--see if it fits: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ps044

I've found a vet I can take her to tomorrow (hopefully), hopefully he is a chicken expert.... He is an "Exotic Animal Vet."

I read and reread the link but none of these fit her perfectly... I would have expected nasal discharge by now if it is a respiratory infection...
:c

Symptoms:
Bubbly eye
Scratching eye
Swollen Corner (3rd) eyelid
Sneezing
Shaking head
"extend their head and neck to facilitate breathing" She did this after eating feed today kinda coughed too, first and only time I had ever seen her do it, when she is picking at grass/dirt she doesn't do it.

No other chickens in my flock are having any problems similar to this (only the pox) and its been 5 days now. Fowl pox has now affected all but 2 chicken (2/7). Fowl pox has not affected the chicken with the bubbly eye.

Infectious Laryngotracheitis??

ILT will usually cause bloody mucus from the beak and nasal openings. They also tend to gasp and a difficult time getting their breath. Eye worm could be another possiblity I suppose, but it is very rare. It comes from eating the surinam cockroach in tropical areas. I still think you have a respiratory infection or conjunctivitis. This is a link about eyeworm: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ps012
