Bubbles in one of my girls eye

What can I do to help her and should I treat the others she is my favorite I need to keep her alive

It is hard to see the bubbles in the eye. Is the eye crusted or glued shut? It can be a sign of a respiratory disease. Can you clean the eye twice a day and apply either Terramycin eye ointment if you can get it at your feed store, or plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment? I would only treat the chicken who shows symptoms. Is she sneezing or having other respiratory symptoms?

She hasn’t sneezed at all
