1) What type of bird , age and weight.Rhode island red weight unknow.
2) What is the behavior, exactly. He coughs and sneezes and just noticed bubbles in his eyes.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?ever since it got cold.
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?yes coughing and sneezing but not bubbles in the eyes.
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.NO.
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.nothing happend but it got colder.

8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.Alittle runny.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?none.
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
and for #10 i have to do it myself.

In my opinion the outlook is grim, You either are going to have a closed flock no birds in no birds out, or cull them all clean and start over. I may be wrong but everything ive read says its not good. Sorry
