I candled some shipped eggs and it looks like "bubbles" in there. Does this mean the air sac was disturbed? Is there any hope?

Hmm... bubbles doesn't sound too good... keep a close eye on them...
Sounds like the air sac popped. If that happened the eggs wont hatch.
