Buckeye baby has a diva strut

I've got a 3 week old buckeye chick who walks like a diva on the runway. I'm thinking this isn't a good thing for chicken's though.
First, is this normal? If not, do I need to do something to help?
Second, this little one had pasty butt when she came to me, and one of the other buckeyes has a really bad case of wry neck, which I'm treating and she's doing better.
Third, do buckeyes normally not develop tail feathers until they're a little older? All 3 have these little tail nubs and all the other chicks the same age have really long tail feathers, with the exception of the two pullets who turned cockerels 🙄

TIA

I don't think there's a lot you can do as far as correction goes.
I'd give her 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily.

Chicks develop at different rates, from breed to breed and even individuals. If she's eating/drinking and active, then I wouldn't worry about the feathers, they will come in when it's time for her.
