Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do. 
I have a 2 month trio of Buckeyes. Roo has a slightly crooked leg from a fall he took, might be able to be taped, but he gets along fine the way it is. Was going to keep them to breed, but only going to focus on Silkies.
