Welcome to BYC! @DobieLover is right about prefab coops. They aren't usually predator proof either.
Auracanas are very hard to find. From what I've read, the roosters are a lot like ameraucanas, in that they need a higher hen to rooster ratio. The roosters are very active and hard on their hens' feathers.
