He’s not doing so well.. he’s a really weak eater now. He can’t separate the millet seeds from the actual thing.. him and my other male budgies were locking beaks for about ten seconds this morning, does that mean anything? Also, will a turtle heat lamp work? I’ll take a picture of it in a few minutes, but right now, I’m coming back from Coney Island.

No. He has always been doing other weird stuff. I think he has ataxia. For example, he needs to put his foot out in the air before finding the perch . He also falls down a lot.
