budgie behavior

Hello there , i was wondering if someone knows what that position of the budgie which kinda stoops on the branch means.Is that a sign of aggression(not that much) , relaxing state or sleepy mood?
He takes that position only during the lunch time and he sometimes seems to sing quietly or others just stoop like that.

I have no experience with any but chickens, but looks like he is trying to nap or just relax.

You may need to ask a moderator.

X2 the only way to remove anything is via moderators,

but IMO you can just leave it.
