Budgie gender

I have a lutino girl and she has a whitish tan cere. Boys usually have a bright pink cere.

DISCLAIMER: I have never seen a lutino and am long out of experience but if he is becoming hormonal, that could be another way to tell.

I suspect if his cere is getting darker, he’s probably male but see my disclaimer. I’m considering getting a couple of budgies. I’d like to have a few more in my life.

I have 8 budgies. There entertaining lovely company and if there tame that’s even better

I’m not 100% all I know is Lutinos and Albinos are hard to tell the gender.

I'd say you have a male. I had budgies as a kid...never got bit...but I did get one to talk!! It could say hello and goodbye!!
