Budgie with twisted leg

I have two baby budgies (12 weeks old), but last night I noticed one of them had a twisted leg. His right leg is bent out to the side. It wasn't like that before so it seems to be some sort of injury. He is acting normal and he doesn't seem to be in pain, but he is avoiding putting weight on it. Is there a way I could fix it or anything I could do to help him?

I think it may be broken, I found a baby bird with a broken foot once... And he always put his foot just like your budgie has it in the photo, you may want to try and get it a cast...

We took our budgie to the vet on Thursday. The vet said his leg was broken but said there was nothing we could do for it and it would heal the way it is. Sadly our budgie died yesterday morning.
